19 de noviembre 2008 - VECINOS POR SAN MIGUEL DE SALINAS NO ALEGARAN CONTRA la aprobación inicial de la construcción de un hotel en Lomas de Golf En el pleno del ayuntamiento de fecha 31 de julio se aprobó inicialmente el inicio de un expediente que posibilitaría la construcción de un hotel con sus zonas de ocio y recreo correspondientes, así se contó para su aprobación con los votos a favor del partido gobernante, los populares y del partido socialista. En su momento nos felicitamos por este pequeño atisbo de progreso, en este tiempo de grave crisis económica, que sin duda generara empleo para nuestro pueblo. Partiendo como no puede ser de otro modo de este principio básico que es fomentar el empleo y progreso para nuestro pueblo, no podemos hacer otra cosa que apoyar a cuantas iniciativas, siempre dentro de la legalidad, generen empleos para nuestros vecinos de San Miguel, es por lo que no vamos a alegar en contra de dicha aprobación, sino al contrario, mostrándonos conformes con esta iniciativa, aprobada inicialmente por PP y PSOE. La presidenta del colectivo vecinal Maria Jose Costa Medrano, argumento ante los medio de comunicación que es un bien que nuestro pueblo progrese, ( siempre respetando la legalidad y en un equilibrio sostenible) y ello a todos los niveles; porque traer trabajo, personas, y servicios a nuestro pueblo, ello supone un avance del mismo, que repercutirá en la mejora del nivel de vida , que por otra parte cada vez es menor por la crisis económica en la que nos encontramos, por lo que debemos de incentivar la instalación de nuevas empresas y negocios en San Miguel. 2 de noviembre -LA ASOCIACIÓN DE VECINOS POR SAN MIGUEL LAMENTA LA ALARMA SOCIAL GENERADA POR ALGUNOS COLECTIVOS DE LA LOCALIDAD Desde la Asociación de Vecinos por San Miguel de Salinas queremos lamentar las informaciones inveraces emitidas desde ciertos colectivos de San Miguel de Salinas que están generando la alarma entre los ciudadanos. Nos referimos a las noticias que se han publicado en varios medios sobre que “los presupuestos se han aprobado contando con el informe desfavorable de la secretaria interventora” y sobre que “la secretaria pone reparos a la aprobación de los presupuestos”. Tras contactar con el Ayuntamiento, hemos podido comprobar que estas afirmaciones son absolutamente falsas, ya que los presupuestos fueron aprobados con el el informe favorable de la secretaria interventora. Nuestra Asociación está totalmente en desacuerdo con esa política basada en alertar a los ciudadanos sin necesidad alguna y consideramos que debemos dirigirnos a los medios cuando exista motivo de alerta real, con base jurídica, o que genere un perjuicio para nuestros vecinos. Creemos firmemente que todos los vecinos tenemos derecho a recibir una información que sea real y veraz de las decisiones que se tomen desde nuestro ayuntamiento ya que la Constitución y las leyes administrativas así lo especifican.		THE ASSOCIATION OF NEIGHBOURS BY SAN MIGUEL REGRETS THE SOCIAL ALARM GENERATED BY SOME COLLECTIVE OF THE LOCALITY Since the Association of Neighbours by San Miguel of Salinas we want to regret the informations inveraces emitted since certain collective of San Miguel of Salinas that are generating the alarm among the citizens. We refer to the news that have been published in various media on that "the budgets have been approved including the unfavorable report of the secretary interventora" and on that "the secretary puts objections to the approval of the budgets". After contacting with the City Hall, we have been able to verify that these affirmations are absolutely false, since the budgets were approved with the the favorable report of the secretary interventora. Our Association is completely in disagreement with that politics based on alerting the citizens without any need and we consider that we should direct us to the media when motive of real warning exist, with legal base, or that generate a damage for ours neighboring. We believe firmly that all the neighbors we have the right to receive an information that be real and truthful of the decisions that be taken since our City Hall since the Constitution and the administrative laws thus specify it.

El circuito turistico que estaba previsto, Sevilla, Malaga, Benalmadena, Ronda,,, Granada se completo disfruntando en todas y cada una de las estancias. En el transcurso del viaje en autobus se sortearon regalos cortesia de RuralCaja de San Miguel de Salinas, los cuales recayeron en vecinos de este municipio. Ya estamos preparando la proxima para el puente de la Inmaculada con destino a Madrid, Toledo y Salamanca. We were lodged in a cute hotel with a view to the beach, where everybody was looked after admirably. We completed the circuit turistico to Seville, Malaga, Benalmadena and Granada to complete this great trip. In the course of the trip in autobus gifts were negotiated cortesia of RuralCaja of San Miguel of Salinas, which they fell in neighbors of this municipality. 8 de julio 2,007 - La Asociación de Vecinos por San Miguel de Salinas exige al alcalde que solucione el problema del agua en Blue Lagoon La Asociación de Vecinos por San Miguel de Salinas exige al alcalde del municipio, Ángel Sáez, que solucione el problema del abastecimiento y la calidad de agua de la urbanización Blue Lagoon, tal y como se comprometió hace unos meses en la inauguración de la sede vecinal. El colectivo es consciente del revés que acaba de sufrir el equipo de Gobierno, que ha tenido que suspender la iniciativa que apostaba por destinar el 10% de compensación municipal obtenida del PGOU para realizar las instalaciones de agua. Sin embargo, la Asociación demanda al alcalde que busque alternativas para que pueda desarrollarse un proyecto efectivo para construir las conducciones de agua potable en Blue Lagoon. Al objeto, la presidenta de la asociación, María José Costa, ha reseñado que “el propio alcalde se comprometió a solventar este conflicto, y de una forma u otra se debe resolver lo antes posible, porque los únicos perjudicados en esta historia son los ciudadanos de San Miguel. Queremos que cumpla su compromiso y que nos informe de la manera en que se va a solucionar este problema”. La representante vecinal incide en que “el agua es un bien de primera necesidad, imprescindible para poder vivir con una adecuada calidad de vida”. Por esa razón, “desde nuestro colectivo instamos al alcalde a que busque una solución factible para resolver esta situación que afecta a los habitantes de esta urbanización”. 4 de junio 2007 - La asociación de vecinos por San Miguel comunica a todos sus socios y vecinos de San Miguel de Salinas, que sigue, como ha hecho desde que nació, apoyando al colectivo de vecinos afectados por el trazado de la autovia CV 95. Porque, pueblo de San Miguel, afectados somos todos, perjudicados somos esta vez, TODOS. Por eso pedimos la concienciación ciudadana a tal efecto, solicitando que todo el pueblo se una a los futuros actos y manifestaciones que se seguirán convocando para impedir ese bárbaro desastre, que es la autovía con su actual trazado, el cual a todos nos perjudica y a todos los niveles, convirtiendo nuestro pueblo en crecimiento en una isleta sin desarrollo. San Miguel de Salinas a 17 de mayo de 2007 Después de la reunión mantenida la Presidenta del colectivo, María José Costa Medrano con el Señor Saez Huertas, alcalde y candidato a la alcaldía de San Miguel de Salinas, reunión celebrada y con su correspondiente exhibición documental y tratando de la anunciada aprobación del Plan General pasamos a informar a nuestros vecinos que la zonas protegidas que tanto nos han preocupado han sido especialmente protegidas, se protege todo el Barranco del Lobo y la Rambla de la Fayona, así además se ha creado un cinturón de protección respecto al parque natural de Sierra Escalona. Estaríamos ante un Plan que respeta nuestra y los recursos naturales siendo mas de veinticinco millones de metros los especialmente protegidos a este respecto. Además se prevé que las construcciones de viviendas de protección destinándose a ella un porcentaje del 10% de la edificabilidad residencial en la ampliación de casco urbano. Este Plan General supone la riqueza particular y colectiva para todos los vecinos de San Miguel, una riqueza económica y ecológica, que alcanzará a todos los vecinos de San Miguel, argumento la señora Costa Medrano, por lo que es de satisfacción su anuncio. Este colectivo con su Presidenta al frente dará el próximo jueves una rueda de prensa para la televisión local en la que explica y solventa las dudas que los vecinos de San Miguel tengan sobre el Plan General. 11 de mayo 2,007 - La Asociación de Vecinos por San Miguel COMUNICA A TODOS LOS VECINOS DE SAN MIGUEL DE SALINAS QUE ESTA MAÑANA Y COMO PRIMER ASUNTO DEL ORDEN DEL DIA EL PLAN GENERAL DE ORDENACION URBANA HA SIDO APROBADO. Esta misma semana habíamos pedido explicaciones sobre el estado actual y real del Plan General de Ordenación Urbana y ello por la gran rumoro logia que existía sobre este tema. Para ello la señora Costa Medrano, Presidenta del colectivo, se dirigió a las diferentes administraciones, y como no; a la Alcaldía de San Miguel para solicitar y exigir a su primer edil que siga luchando por su aprobación ahora más que nunca. Habiendo recibido información sobre que la Comisión Territorial de Urbanismo entrego el pasado día 8 de mayo al Conseller, señor Esteban González Pons un informe favorable sobre el Plan General de Ordenación Urbana. Informe Favorable, estando solo a falta de la aprobación por el Conseller y ello para que se proceda a su preceptiva aprobación, Y esta misma mañana hemos recibido la confirmación por parte del señor Sáez Huertas el cual se había desplazado para ello a Valencia trayéndose consigo esta gran noticia para todo el pueblo de San Miguel. La Presidenta del Colectivo, señora Costa Medrano en primer lugar agradeció la labor del señor Sáez ya que ha cumplido su promesa de traernos la aprobación del plan general y por otra parte afirmó “que este es el gran logro de San Miguel de Salinas, la aprobación supone futuro para todos los vecinos”. San Miguel a 9 de Mayo de 2007 -  La Asociación de Vecinos por San Miguel ha constatado que la peticiones en materia de asfaltado solicitadas a Alcalde, Señor Sáez, el día de la inauguración de la asociación, el pasado día 31 de marzo, se han visto atendidas. Así, hemos comprobado como las calles del municipio pendientes han sido asfaltadas, todos los viales de la Urbanización Ciudad de las Comunicaciones y Balcón de La Costa Blanca, (enfrente de la Ford), así como en la entrada de San Miguel. La presidenta del colectivo manifestó, “ que demostrada la atención prestada por el Gobierno Municipal es indudable que seguiremos demandando al señor Sáez todo lo que los vecinos nos demanden a su vez”. San Miguel a 4 de Mayo de 2007 - La Asociación de Vecinos por San Miguel de Salinas supervisará el desarrollo del convenio aprobado para llevar agua a Blue Lagoon y Eagle Nest La Asociación de Vecinos por San Miguel de Salinas, a petición de los vecinos de las Urbanizaciones de Blue Lagoon y Eagle Nest, realizará un seguimiento exhaustivo de la evolución del convenio urbanístico aprobado en el pasado pleno del Ayuntamiento del 26 de abril. El objetivo del colectivo es conseguir que la aprobación de la llegada de agua potable a estas zonas, que ha sido reivindicada y conseguida por esta asociación, se lleve efectivamente a cabo lo más rápidamente posible. Para la presidenta de la Asociación de Vecinos por San Miguel de Salinas, Mª José Costa, “era de urgente y necesaria la resolución del problema que los vecinos tenían por la toxicidad de las aguas que consumían en estas urbanizaciones”. Según la asociación de vecinos, “hay que resaltar que los Convenios Urbanísticos no están fuera de la legislación administrativa, es más, están previstos en ella, así se regulan en la Ley 30\1.992 de 26 de noviembre RJAP y PAC , en concreto en el articulo 88, según la cual la administración podrá celebrar pactos convenios o contratos con personas publicas o privadas, por lo tanto a priori son perfectamente legales, y esta asociación velará porque se cumplan según sus propios términos” ya que estamos todos sometidos al Estado de Derecho, concluyó Costa. Communiqué 28 de abril 2007 La Asociación de Vecinos por San Miguel de Salinas se congratula de la aprobación en pleno del proyecto para llevar agua a la urbanización LAS FILIPINAS ( Urbanizacion BLUE LAGOON) San Miguel de Salinas, 27 de abril de 2007.- La Asociación de Vecinos por San Miguel de Salinas quiere transmitir su felicitación a los residentes de la urbanización Las Filipinas Urb. Blue Lagoon por la aprobación ayer en pleno del proyecto que permitirá dotar de canalizaciones de agua potable hasta esta urbanización del municipio. Para la presidenta del colectivo, Mª José Costa Medrano, quien estuvo presente en la sesión plenaria, “este es un problema que existe desde hace 20 años y ningún gobernante hasta ahora lo había resuelto, es de admirar que por fin este resuelto”. Gracias a la aprobación de este convenio, el Ayuntamiento destinará una partida presupuestaria de tres millones de euros a la ejecución de estas obras. La Presidenta del colectivo ha señalado que “cuestionamos que los miembros del PSOE y de Izquierda Unida votasen en contra de la aprobación de este punto, pues se trata de una medida muy importante, necesaria y de urgente resolución para los residentes en esta Urbanización”. Además de los miembros de la Asociación de Vecinos por San Miguel de Salinas, también estuvieron presentes en el pleno algunos de los vecinos de la urbanización Las Filipinas los cuales una vez aprobado este punto abandonaron el salón de plenos en compañía de su traductor oyéndose desde arriba sus aplausos y vítores por el resultado de la votación. La Asociación de Vecinos por San Miguel de Salinas seguirá reivindicando al Ayuntamiento soluciones a los problemas de otras zonas de la localidad. Communiqué - 23 de abril 2,007 La Asociación de Vecinos por San Miguel de Salinas reivindicará ante el alcalde en el pleno del jueves el cumplimiento de su promesa MIEMBROS DE LA DIRECTIVA ACUDIRAN PARA EXPONER SUS RECLAMACIONES SOBRE ASFALTADO Y AGUA EN LAS URBANIZACIONES San Miguel de Salinas, 23 de abril de 2007.- Integrantes de la junta directiva de la Asociación de Vecinos por San Miguel de Salinas asistirán el próximo jueves 26 de abril al pleno municipal que se celebrará en el Ayuntamiento para reivindicar ante el alcalde, Ángel Sáez, el cumplimiento de su promesa de dotar de canalizaciones de agua potable y de asfaltado a las urbanizaciones del municipio. El alcalde lanzó esa promesa durante la inauguración de la sede de la asociación vecinal. En el transcurso del acto de inauguración, la presidenta de la Asociación, Mª José Costa Medrano, exigió al munícipe gestiones para resolver el problema que padecen algunas urbanizaciones con el abastecimiento de agua potable, como en el caso de Blue Lagoon, a lo que Sáez respondió que presentaría ante el pleno una inversión de tres millones de euros. Para recordar ese compromiso adquirido, la Asociación de Vecinos por San Miguel de Salinas se personará en el pleno del jueves y demandará el desarrollo de las zonas que carecen de las infraestructuras adecuadas. Los representantes vecinales esperan “no tener que hacer uso del turno de palabra para reclamar nuestras peticiones y que el alcalde cumpla con lo acordado”. La Asociación estima que es obligación del Ayuntamiento paliar el problema de abastecimiento de agua de la Urbanización Blue Lagoon ,” Las Filipinas’, mejorar el asfaltado en la zona de ‘Los Carteros ’ y el ‘Mirador del Mediterráneo’. 18 de abril 2,007 - La Asociación de Vecinos por San Miguel de Salinas prepara para el mes de mayo charlas informativas sobre el problema de la violencia domestica, con la finalidad de asesorar a las mujeres víctimas de malos tratos de todos los derechos que las asisten, así como donde deben dirigirse en caso de sufrirlos. Dada la gran entidad del tema y la reticencia que sienten las mujeres a denunciar a su pareja y mucho menos a manifestarlo en público, vamos a dedicar todos los lunes y miércoles de 18:00 a 20:00 horas en la sede de la asociación a atender personalmente y en privado, a todas las mujeres que soliciten información al respecto. Por supuesto, todo el asesoramiento es completamente gratuito a los socios y es llevado a cabo por dos abogadas adscrita al turno de oficio, con diploma en curso de especialización en violencia domestica impartido por el Colegio de abogados de Orihuela y que trata día a día con víctimas en los juzgados de Torrevieja y que a su vez forman parte de esta asociación; María José Y Cristina Inés Costa Medrano. Para el caso de ser extranjero es conveniente que le acompañe su traductor. Asi mismo les informamos del horario de atencion a los asociados en la sede el cual es: todas las tardes de 18:00 – 20:00 horas y la mañana del miercoles de 12:00 – 14: 00. El trato es personal y directo y en la direccion de la asociacion seran atendidos aconsejandoles para solucionar los problemas que puedan tener en la comunidad de San Miguel de Salinas tanto a nivel personal y vecinal como con las instituciones publicas, asi mismo pueden pasar a comunicar sus inquietudes y reivindicaciones las cuales, sin duda, haremos tambien nuestras. Los fines de esta asociacion son promover y fomentar el clima de buena vecindad y relacion entre todas las personas que trabajen y residan en San Miguel de Salinas. Trabajar para mejorar las condiciones de vida de todos los vecinos de San Miguel de Salinas. La defensa de todos los valores culturales, historicos y medioambientales, humanos y urbanisticos de San Miguel de Salinas. Representar los intereses vecinales ante las Administraciones Publicas. Promover el desarrollo economico y social de San Miguel de Salinas. Potenciar la participacion vecinal siendo independiente de cualquier otro grupo politico, religioso, sindical o economico. Exigir a las Administraciones Publicas en su respectivo ambito de competencias el cumplimiento de los derechos reconocidos por la Ley Organica 1/2002, sus normas de desarrollo y en los reglamentos municipales en su caso en orden a recibir informacion directa de los asuntos que son de interes comun, intervenir en todos los ambitos de las administraciones publicas para defender todos los intereses generales de los vecinos y ser escuchada en Plenos y Comisiones Municipales en los asuntos que afecten de modo particular o general a los vecinos de su ámbito municipal. Para llevar a cabo estos fines nos proponemos realizar las actividades propias de una asociacion de vecinos y entre otras la celebración de actividades culturales divulgativas o festivas. La organización de actos publicos sobre aspectos que tengan incidencia en la vida de San Miguel de Salinas. Promover y potenciar actividades que favorezcan el desarrollo social, cultural y economico de San Miguel de Salinas. Denunciar las carencias y problemas que afectan a la vida urbana y comunitaria de San Miguel de Salinas. Recabar ayudas y subvenciones y actuaciones de las Administraciones Publicas para mejorar las condiciones economicas de San Miguel de Salinas. En definitiva, les invitamos a pasar a conocer nuestras instalaciones donde les informaremos de todo cuanto deseen sobre la asociacion, inscripcion y servicios que prestaremos. Our premises and social headquarters is at CALLE ALBERTO BARBERA Nº 19, BAJO IN SAN MIGUEL OF SALINAS. We welcome all suggestions and anxieties on the services to improve in San Miguel of Salinas. Our associates are also available at our offices to deal with any personal matters. Our headquarters are open daily from 6pm - 8pm and Wednesday from 12 noon - 2pm. The Association offers personal and confidential service and advice to persons, and we are available to solve problems that arise in the community of San Miguel of Salinas. It is offered on a neighbourhood and/or personal basis and we will represent parties who wish to communicate their anxieties and demands to other institutions or bodies. The object of this association is to promote a climate of good neighbourhood and relations among all the people that work and reside in San Miguel of Salinas. Working to improve the living conditions of all the neighbours of San Miguel of Salinas. The defence of all the cultural values, historical, environmental, human and communities of San Miguel de Salinas. Representing neighbourhood interests before the Administration and other bodies. Promoting the economic and social development  of San Miguel de Salinas. Promoting the participation of a neighbourhood that is independent of any another political group, religious, trade union. Requiring the Town Administrations in their respective duties to the community and competences in the fulfilment of the rights recognized by the Ley Organica 1/2002 (LAW), their norms of development and in the municipal regulations in their case in order to receive information direct of the matters that are of interest common, to intervene in all the ambitos of the administrations publish to defend all the general interests of the neighbours and to be listened in Full And Municipal Commissions in the matters that affect of private way or general to the neighbours of their municipal environment.
