The chalet consists of a covered west facing terrace leading to the front door. This gives access to a large open plan lounge diner with a feature wood burning fireplace. A breakfast bar then separates this area from an American style kitchen with a good range of floor and wall units in a wood finish and granite worktops. There is a gas/electric hob and electric oven and an upright fridge/freezer. This whole area is spacious and airy.

The current owner has used the property as a holiday home since it was newly constructed. It was soundly constructed to a good design in 1989 and although it is in a well maintained condition it would benefit from some remodelling - this is very much reflected in the price as offered.

The property occupies a large corner plot.  The garden, with a 2 metre wall on the road boundaries (south & west), has been designed for low maintenance, with shingle and drought resistant plants - there are a couple of beautiful mature palms and a couple of almond trees. On the northern boundary of the property lies a large open space allocated as a community green area. The Urbanization Management Committee have been assured by the Town Hall that work to complete this area is likely to be completed within the next few months. To the east of the chalet is a property of similar design with a resident occupant. It is most unlikely that any future building will take place around this property to effect its outlook.
