Patio doors from the lounge lead to a balcony and small spiral staircase up to a completely secluded Solarium, which has spectacular and uninterrupted views to the mountains and the salt lakes and sea.  This is a quiet location, yet offering good access to the motorway network.

The apartment has reliable services that are included in the tariff, including mains water, electricity, and a satellite TV and radio system providing all the normal English Channels. Water is heated by electricity and there is also heating, air-conditioning and ceiling fans in the lounge and bedroom.

Sheets and bathroom towels are provided but guests should bring extra towels for the poolside.  The apartment and the well maintained pool are both located within a small, secure and well established private estate with key/gate access restricted to residents only.
