This two bed roomed apartment is offered for holiday rental to UK residents. It is right in the centre of San Miguel de Salinas within walking distance of all the facilities of the town. With spectacular views from the roof top terrace and pool visitors could not wish for a better accommodation in a perfect holiday destination.

The apartment is on the first floor of a low rise development built in 2004 and has secure entry and underground garage parking. There is a  lift to all floors. The apartment is furnished to high standards.

Accommodation is ideally suited for four persons with two double bedrooms both having fitted wardrobes. There is a spacious bathroom with large shower as opposed to a bath.  The large Lounge Diner is very comfortable and has a private terrace. The kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge, washing machine and a full wall of cupboards include everything a visitor would need.
There is also a separate utility room. Patio doors from the lounge lead to a balcony. A Lift/Stairs in this small apartment block lead to a communal Solarium, which has spectacular and uninterrupted views to the mountains and the salt lakes and sea.  This is a quiet location, yet offering good access to the motorway network.

San Miguel de Salinas in brief...It is on the Costa Blanca, 6kms inland from Torrevieja. It is roughly 45 mins from Alicante airport, and 30 mins from Murcia, both served by the AP 7 Motorway.

Surrounded by an agricultural area, with many groves of citrus fruits and almonds. It is close to the salt lakes - Las Salinas, with a wealth of wildlife to be found in the natural parks surrounding these lakes.

The town has many bars and restaurants, local shops and small supermarkets and a weekly Wednesday Street Market.

There are 5 superb golf courses within easy driving distance, including Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor.

The beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca are within easy distance, and there are beaches to suit all tastes.

Alicante, Murcia and Torrevieja have excellent shopping, museums and cultural events, as well as a wide variety of night life.

A car is recommended to obtain full benefit of the area.

The apartment has reliable services that are included in the tariff, including mains water, electricity, and TV and radio. Water is heated by electricity and there are also oil fired radiator heating and ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms.

Sheets and bathroom towels are provided but guests should bring extra towels for the poolside. There is an additional charge of €45(euros) for laundry and cleaning per booking.
