Carp - R - Us  - a great new angling group that comes highly recommended to us and we mention them here! They have 80 members and have loads of experience of fishing on the Costa Blanca. Licences - To freshwater fish in this area you'll need a licence that can be obtained from The Caja Rural (Bank). It costs 5 euros per annum or 23 euros for 3 years, and besides your name and your address in Spain. You will also need a copy of the detail page of your passport &/or N.I.E.
