“My Little Eye” Terms & Conditions
We undertake to provide a confidential monthly report
via email to detail the progress of a particular development and/or a unit
within that development. This is ‘an eyes and ears’ monitoring service
only.
Any report is compiled from discrete observation,
acting as an independent agent of the purchaser, without disclosing our
interest to the developer, builder, contractors or any agent who may have acted
in the sale of the property. We will
make no approach to these aforementioned persons nor act for the purchaser in
making any form of representation to them on his behalf.
Our monthly report will include details of building
activity and our observations on the various stages of construction and
development and will include information gathered from a number of visits and
from different sources. Where possible we will provide a dated photographic
record of development, which is for illustrative purposes only.
The content of reports may not be used in any
subsequent legal proceedings.
We do not undertake to make comments about the
particular developer, builder, contractors or agents, nor the methods of
construction.
Instructions to undertake this service will be for a
minimum period of three months at £25 per month payable by cheque or postal
order
